I had been in touch with one of the Sales Managers, Shane, who had been telling me about a car he owned and was planning on selling with the dealership. Shane and I had been talking about the car over e-mail for over a year, discussing the service that had been done to the car, all the options the vehicle came with, and when it would be ready for me to come check out. Shane was super nice and treated me as If I was a loyal customer, even though we had never even met! The car was the right colour, the right options, and the right transmission (a rare 6 speed manual) The first time I entered the Audi Brampton building, I met Chris, the Audi Brand Specialist/Salesman who had been telling me about the vehicle through e-mail a couple of days prior. Chris was great. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions about trading in my current vehicle, making sure the car I was purchasing was going to be in tip-top shape, and even throwing a bow on it and having it sitting in the delivery room when I came in a few weeks later to pick it up. I also met Joanne, who helped with all the paperwork, and also saved a few bucks with an Audi After Care service package, so I can be worry and stress free the next couple of times I bring my car in for service. While negotiation is very hard in todays car market, I was very satisfied with the price I paid. Chris and Shane made sure that I got a good deal, which made me even happier about my purchase. Everyone I spoke to at the dealer was super nice and friendly, and made me feel at home. Thanks again, Audi Brampton Team! I will definitely be back in the future!...

Hands down the best dealership I have been to for service. Danesh Verma really goes over and beyond to help. They keep their word and are honest.
